Lesson Content

Real work rarely fits neatly into one sitting. Claude Code sessions can be continued, resumed, branched, or moved depending on the environment. The habit that matters most is not memorizing every command. It is keeping a good handoff: what changed, why it changed, what was tested, what still needs review, and what should not be repeated.

Starting fresh is sometimes better when switching to an unrelated project. Continuing is better when the task is still tied to recent decisions and files.
