By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:

  • Name the people affected by an AI workflow.
  • Draft simple usage rules.
  • Plan a practice exercise before rollout.

Lesson Content

AI adoption is not only a software decision. People need to know what is allowed, what is not allowed, how to practice, and who answers questions. Without that, one person may paste private information into a tool while another refuses to use the tool at all.

Start with a small policy in plain language:

  • Use only approved or low-risk material.
  • Do not paste private records unless the organization has approved that specific workflow.
  • Review all output before sending it to another person.
  • Mark uncertain claims for verification.
  • Report mistakes so the workflow can improve.

Practice matters because people learn by doing. A short exercise with sample material can reveal confusing instructions before real work is involved.
