Welcome to daBongo AI Trainer. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of daBongo.com, daBongo AI Trainer courses, training materials, downloads, student account features, purchase flows, and related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting the Site, creating an account, purchasing access, downloading materials, viewing course content, submitting information, or using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Educational Purpose Only
daBongo AI Trainer provides general educational training about artificial intelligence tools, prompting, workflows, productivity practices, content creation, business use cases, and related digital skills.
The Services are provided for learning, practice, and informational purposes only. daBongo AI Trainer does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, psychological, employment, cybersecurity, compliance, professional licensing, or other regulated professional advice. Course examples, prompts, workflows, templates, checklists, demonstrations, and AI-related explanations are not a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.
You are responsible for deciding whether any training material, AI output, prompt, workflow, example, or recommendation is appropriate for your situation.
2. Use at Your Own Judgment and Risk

3. Human Review Required

You agree that you will not rely on AI-generated output, course examples, suggested prompts, automation ideas, or workflow templates as a final authority. daBongo AI Trainer is not responsible for third-party services, including their accuracy, availability, uptime, pricing, security, privacy practices, data retention, model training practices, account decisions, output, errors, outages, payment handling, policy enforcement, product changes, lost access, lost data, or any damages arising from your use of them.
You are responsible for reviewing and following the current terms and policies of any third-party service you choose to use.
5. No Endorsement or Affiliation
References to third-party tools, platforms, providers, products, services, companies, trademarks, logos, screenshots, workflows, or examples are provided for educational purposes only.
Unless daBongo AI Trainer clearly states otherwise in writing, such references do not mean that daBongo AI Trainer is sponsored by, endorsed by, certified by, affiliated with, approved by, or formally partnered with any third-party provider.
All third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Accounts and Student Responsibility
You may need an account to access certain courses, paid materials, downloads, student dashboards, tests, certificates, or purchase features.
You agree to provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify daBongo AI Trainer if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by daBongo AI Trainer’s own proven security failure.
You may not share, sell, transfer, sublicense, publish, or give away paid account access unless daBongo AI Trainer gives written permission.
7. Payments, Course Access, and Digital Products
Paid courses, bundles, passes, downloads, or other digital products may be sold through checkout systems and payment providers. Prices, access periods, packages, product descriptions, course availability, bonus materials, and included features may change over time.
Unless a specific written refund policy says otherwise, digital training products are generally provided as access to educational content and may become available immediately after purchase. Because digital materials can be accessed, viewed, downloaded, or used quickly, refunds may be limited where permitted by law.
daBongo AI Trainer may refuse, cancel, suspend, or reverse access if a transaction is declined, reversed, refunded, charged back, fraudulent, unauthorized, or otherwise invalid.
8. Course Updates and Availability
AI tools and online services change quickly. daBongo AI Trainer may update, revise, replace, reorganize, add, remove, rename, archive, suspend, or discontinue courses, lessons, downloads, examples, prompts, certificates, tests, features, pages, or services at any time.
daBongo AI Trainer does not guarantee that any course, lesson, tool reference, workflow, screenshot, feature explanation, pricing note, user interface description, or third-party availability will remain current, complete, or unchanged.
Where reasonable, daBongo AI Trainer may update training material to keep it useful, but it is your responsibility to verify current third-party service details before relying on them.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Services to:
break the law or encourage illegal activity;
harm, threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, deceive, defame, or abuse others;
infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contract, employment, or other rights;
upload or submit malware, secrets, credentials, payment data, protected records, or other sensitive information unless you have lawful authority and an approved process for doing so;
bypass access controls, payment gates, usage limits, security controls, or account restrictions;
scrape, harvest, copy, crawl, or extract content or data except as allowed by these Terms;
resell, redistribute, publish, or share paid course content without written permission;
use training materials to create a confusingly similar competing service;
use AI outputs or training workflows to make final decisions with legal, financial, medical, employment, housing, insurance, education, safety, credit, or similarly significant effects on people without appropriate human review and legal compliance;
submit content that you do not have the right to use;
interfere with the Site, servers, payment systems, or other users.
daBongo AI Trainer may suspend or terminate access for suspected violations.
10. Your Content and Submitted Information
You are responsible for any information, files, prompts, responses, comments, assignments, account details, examples, or other content you submit through the Services (“User Content”).
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit your User Content and that your User Content does not violate law, confidentiality duties, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, employment duties, school policies, client agreements, platform rules, or these Terms.
Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card data, government identifiers, private customer records, protected health information, confidential legal material, private student records, employee discipline records, trade secrets, or other sensitive information unless you have lawful authority, appropriate safeguards, and a clear business reason.
You grant daBongo AI Trainer a limited right to host, store, process, display, transmit, and use your User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and enforce the Services.
11. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
The Site, course content, lesson text, prompt libraries, templates, quizzes, videos, downloads, graphics, logos, structure, organization, and other materials made available through daBongo AI Trainer are owned by daBongo AI Trainer or its licensors, unless otherwise stated.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any required fees, daBongo AI Trainer grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the materials for your own learning and internal business training.
You may not copy, publish, resell, redistribute, upload, share, sublicense, train competing systems on, mass download, mirror, frame, publicly display, commercially exploit, or create derivative training products from daBongo AI Trainer materials without written permission.
You may use your own notes, practice outputs, and original work you create while learning, provided you do not reproduce protected course materials or violate third-party rights.
12. Downloads and Templates
Some Services may include downloadable PDFs, worksheets, prompt templates, checklists, or other digital resources. These materials are provided for educational and internal-use purposes unless expressly stated otherwise.
Downloads and templates may contain examples, placeholders, general language, or suggested structures. They are not customized professional documents and should be reviewed before use. You are responsible for adapting them to your needs and ensuring that your use complies with applicable law, workplace rules, client obligations, school policies, platform terms, and third-party rights.
13. Certificates, Completion Records, and Learning Results
Any certificate, badge, completion record, score, quiz result, progress status, or training summary provided by daBongo AI Trainer reflects participation or completion within the Site. It is not a professional license, government credential, accredited academic credit, employment qualification, or guarantee of skill, performance, income, business results, compliance, or job readiness unless expressly stated in writing.
Learning outcomes depend on your effort, background, judgment, practice, tools, internet access, and outside circumstances.
14. No Guaranteed Results
daBongo AI Trainer does not guarantee that the Services will produce any specific result, including income, employment, business growth, productivity improvement, certification, client acquisition, cost savings, content quality, search ranking, marketing performance, automation success, tool access, account approval, or legal compliance.
Testimonials, examples, use cases, demonstrations, and sample workflows are illustrative only. Your results may differ.
15. Privacy, Data, and Security
Your use of the Services may involve account data, course progress, purchase records, submitted content, technical logs, cookies, analytics, and third-party systems. daBongo AI Trainer may process information as needed to operate the Services, provide support, secure accounts, process purchases, deliver content, maintain records, and improve the Site.
No online service can guarantee perfect security. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your account, avoiding unnecessary sensitive submissions, and using appropriate privacy settings on third-party services.
Where third-party services are involved, their privacy and security practices apply separately.
16. Site Availability and Technical Issues
The Services may be interrupted, delayed, limited, unavailable, inaccurate, or affected by maintenance, updates, hosting issues, plugin changes, payment provider issues, third-party outages, internet problems, security events, browser behavior, caching, user device issues, or circumstances outside daBongo AI Trainer’s control.

17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and all content, courses, downloads, examples, prompts, templates, outputs, links, and related materials are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
daBongo AI Trainer disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, security, quiet enjoyment, course of dealing, and usage of trade.
daBongo AI Trainer does not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements, produce desired results, remain current, remain available, be compatible with your tools, prevent mistakes, prevent losses, or be free of errors, harmful components, interruptions, vulnerabilities, or third-party changes.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, daBongo AI Trainer, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost opportunities, lost data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, reputational harm, cost of substitute services, or damages arising from reliance on AI output, course materials, third-party services, payment systems, downloads, or your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, daBongo AI Trainer’s total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to daBongo AI Trainer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars, whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limits may not apply to you. In that case, liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless daBongo AI Trainer, its owners, operators, employees, contractors, contributors, affiliates, vendors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to:
your use of the Services;
your User Content;
your use or misuse of AI tools, third-party services, course materials, downloads, templates, prompts, or outputs;
your violation of these Terms;
your violation of law or third-party rights;
your business, student, employee, customer, client, or public use of anything created with help from the Services.
20. Termination or Suspension
daBongo AI Trainer may suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Services, fail to pay, reverse a transaction, engage in fraud, interfere with the Site, or use the Services in a way that may harm daBongo AI Trainer, other users, third parties, or service providers.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Certain sections of these Terms will continue after termination, including provisions about intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute handling.
21. Changes to These Terms
