What Brand Kit contains.

Brand Kit is Canva's brand standard repository – containing: brand colors (primary, secondary, accent palettes), brand fonts (headline, body, accent fonts with size and weight specifications), and brand logos (primary, alternate, and icon versions in appropriate formats). These elements are accessible throughout the Canva workspace for consistent application without manual re-entry each session.

Setting up Brand Kit.

Brand Kit setup: upload brand logos in SVG or PNG format; add brand colors using hex codes from the brand style guide; and add brand fonts (Canva's included fonts, or upload custom fonts if licensed). Setup is a one-time investment that enables consistent brand application across all subsequent design work and team members' designs.

Applying Brand Kit in designs.

Brand Kit elements appear in Canva's color picker and font selector – enabling one-click application of brand-standard colors and fonts rather than manually entering hex codes or searching for fonts. For Magic Design templates: applying Brand Kit colors and fonts is the primary customization step that transforms a generic template to brand-standard design.

Brand Kit and AI tool integration.

Brand Kit connects to some of Canva's AI features – particularly for design generation and layout tools where brand colors and fonts can be applied to AI-generated design outputs.
