Batch Production, Compliance, and Responsible Use

Lesson 1: Batch Production – Creating Videos at Scale

Lesson Objectives

By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:

  • Describe all batch and parallel production capabilities in Jogg.ai
  • Organize a high-volume production session for maximum efficiency
  • Plan credit usage for batch production without mid-session interruption
  • Build a review and quality control process for batch outputs

Lesson Content

Batch production in Jogg.ai – the full scope.

URL-to-Video batch mode (covered in Course 3) handles product catalog ads. But scaling Jogg.ai production more broadly involves additional strategies:

URL-to-Video batch mode: Up to 10 product URLs per run. Each URL generates a complete video. Unified settings, per-product audience targeting. Most efficient path for e-commerce product ad volume.

Sequential same-session generation: For text-to-avatar and podcast video content, generate multiple videos in the same session. While there is no formal multi-script batch mode for these, running generation sequentially with pre-written scripts ready to paste is the practical workaround.

Template-based production: Establish a standard configuration (avatar, voice, aspect ratio, music, subtitle settings) that you apply consistently to all videos in a production run. Templates reduce per-video setup time from minutes to seconds.

Voice and avatar consistency: Pre-select and save your standard production avatar and voice. Consistent selection prevents per-video searching and ensures series consistency.

Organizing a high-volume session.

Before starting a high-volume production session:

  1. Write and review all scripts in advance – do not write scripts during generation sessions
  2. Verify credit balance – estimate total credits needed (1 per video + 0.4 per expected re-edit)
  3. Confirm all source assets are ready: URLs verified, images uploaded, PDFs prepared
  4. Have the review checklist ready – do not skip review due to volume pressure
  5. Block time for review after generation – batch generation is fast; review takes time

Quality control at scale.

High volume amplifies errors. A systematic review process at scale:

  • Review immediately after generation while context is fresh
  • Use a consistent checklist – same checks for every video regardless of which number in the batch it is
  • Flag videos that require ProEdit corrections separately from publish-ready outputs
  • Do not publish any video that has not cleared the review checklist – volume does not reduce the risk of distributing an error
