Script variants – what they are.
After extraction, Jogg.ai presents multiple generated script options. Each uses the same extracted product information but frames it differently. Jogg.ai offers several variant styles – exact names and availability may change, but the typical categories are:
Feature Explainer: Lists the key product features and benefits in a straightforward, informative style. Good for: product launches, technical products, audiences that want detail. Tone: informative, neutral.
Humor & Meme: Uses light comedy, relatable situations, or pop culture framing. Good for: social media, younger audiences, impulse products. Tone: casual, entertaining.
Expert Advice: Positions the product through a credible or authoritative perspective. Good for: professional tools, health and wellness products, B2B products. Tone: authoritative, trust-building.
Emotional / Story: Focuses on how the product makes the user feel or a relatable situation it solves. Good for: lifestyle products, gifts, personal care. Tone: warm, aspirational.
Social Proof / UGC Style: Frames the video as a user recommendation or review. Good for: products that benefit from peer validation, DTC brands. Tone: conversational, authentic.
Choosing the right variant.
Match the variant to: (1) the content goal, (2) the target audience, and (3) the destination platform.
- TikTok campaign for Gen Z audience selling a lifestyle product -> Humor & Meme or UGC Style
- YouTube ad for a professional software tool -> Feature Explainer or Expert Advice
- Instagram ad for a personal gift product -> Emotional / Story
- Facebook ad for a household product selling on value -> Feature Explainer
Editing the script before rendering.
After selecting a variant, the script is editable before you generate the video. Always:
- Check factual claims (especially features and pricing)
- Remove competitor mentions that crept in from the extraction
- Adjust tone if the variant is close but not quite right
- Add a call to action if the generated script omitted one
Specifying target audience.
Some generation flows allow you to specify a target audience description before generating scripts. Use this when available – it significantly improves the relevance of generated content.
