Lesson Content

The URL-to-Video pipeline.

When you paste an URL into Jogg.ai's AI Video Ads feature, the platform runs a multi-step process:

  1. Extraction: Jogg.ai scrapes the product page – product name, description, features, price, images, and supporting copy
  2. Script generation: The platform uses extracted content to generate multiple script options across different communication styles
  3. Asset assembly: Relevant visuals are sourced or matched to the script
  4. Avatar and voice selection: A default avatar and voice are suggested (which you can change)
  5. Rendering: The full video is rendered with lip-synced avatar, voiceover, visuals, and subtitles

Each step can introduce errors. The extraction step is the most critical to review manually.

What Jogg.ai extracts from a product page.

  • Product name and brand
  • Key features or benefits from the product description
  • Price (if visible on the page)
  • Product images
  • Supporting copy (taglines, promotional text)

Common extraction problems.

  • Outdated cached prices: Jogg.ai may extract a cached or promotional price that is no longer current
  • Competitor mentions: Product descriptions that mention competitors can be pulled into the script
  • Login-gated pages: Product pages behind a login (wholesale, B2B portals) may not extract fully
  • Cluttered descriptions: Product pages with excessive SEO keyword stuffing can produce off-tone scripts
  • Multi-product pages: Category pages or search results pages often extract the wrong product

Product page types that work best.

  • Single-product pages on Amazon, Shopify, eBay, WordPress/WooCommerce
  • Pages where the product name, key features, and price are clearly visible without scrolling
  • Pages that are publicly accessible without login
