  • Understand what happens to uploaded media and generated content over time

Lesson Content

Where to find account settings.

Account settings are typically accessible via your profile icon or account menu in the Jogg.ai interface. Key sections to know:

Billing & Subscription: Current plan, renewal date, credit balance, payment method, and invoice history.

Privacy & Data: Settings governing how your uploaded media, generated videos, and account data are stored and used. Review this section before uploading any media that contains personal likenesses, unreleased products, or sensitive business content.

Terms of Service & Usage Rights: The current agreement governing commercial use. The usage rights section specifies what you can do with generated content – licensing, distribution, and commercial use terms.

Connected Accounts: OAuth connections to TikTok, YouTube, or other platforms for direct publishing.

Commercial use rights – what to verify.

Before distributing generated Jogg.ai content in any of these contexts, verify the current usage rights for your plan:

  • Client deliverables (content you create for a paying client)
  • Paid advertising (running generated video as a paid ad)
  • Public distribution (uploading to YouTube, TikTok, etc.)
  • Resale or sublicensing (selling or licensing the generated content itself)

Usage rights differ between plans and change over time. Treat the current Jogg.ai Terms of Service as the authoritative source, not course material.

Data handling – what Jogg.ai stores.

When you upload media to Jogg.ai, that media is processed and typically stored for some period. Key questions to confirm with current documentation:

  • How long is uploaded media retained?
  • Is uploaded media used for platform training or model improvement?
  • How can you request deletion of your data and generated videos?
  • What privacy protections exist for custom avatar training footage?

Account deletion and data export.

Know how to request deletion of your account and data before creating content under a business or organizational account. Most enterprise accounts have additional data handling commitments – verify these before choosing a plan for organizational use.
