ChatGPT for Learning and Skill Building
Lesson 4: Your 30-Day Learning Sprint with ChatGPT
Lesson Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:
- Design a 30-day learning sprint with a clear end project.
- Use spaced review and active recall sessions with ChatGPT.
- Track progress and adjust the plan based on results.
Lesson Content
A learning sprint is a short, focused period with one goal and one finished project. It combines everything from this course:
- Field map (week 1): what to learn first and what to skip.
- Active recall (every session): questions before review.
- Spaced review: revisit topics after 1 day, 3 days, and 7 days. Spacing makes memory last.
- Real project (week 4): apply the skill to something you actually need.
- Checkpoints: a short self-test each week to decide whether to move on or review.
ChatGPT can act as planner, quizmaster, explainer, and reviewer. Some ChatGPT plans also offer study-oriented modes or tutoring features; check what your plan includes. Your job is to show up, answer from memory, and verify important facts.
