Lesson 4: Build a Weekly Research Routine
Lesson Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:
- Identify recurring research needs in their week.
- Build a routine with saved question templates, a Space, and a quick verification step.
- Measure time saved and adjust.
Lesson Content
Most people have a few research needs that repeat weekly: industry news, competitor moves, price checks, regulation updates, or learning a new topic. A routine turns these into a 20-minute habit:
- Templates: saved questions with [brackets] (for example, "What changed this week in [topic]? Official and reputable sources only, last 7 days.").
- Space: one Space per ongoing topic with instructions and saved threads.
- Verification: open the top two citations for anything you will act on.
- Output: a five-bullet weekly summary.
Some plans offer scheduled or recurring tasks; check what your plan includes.
