By the end of this course, students should be able to:
- Configure and use Google service Extensions to connect Gemini to their Google ecosystem
- Create and use custom Gems for recurring specialized tasks
- Use Gemini's multimodal capabilities with images, documents, and audio inputs
- Apply at least 10 of 15 power-user workflows in their regular Gemini use
- Check Gemini output for accuracy, privacy, and rights before you use or share it
After enrolling, students can complete lesson quizzes as they move through the course.
The course final assessment unlocks after all required lessons and lesson quizzes are complete.
Learning Context
Students learn Gemini's advanced feature set – connecting Google services through Extensions, creating custom AI personas with Gems, working with multimodal inputs (images, documents, audio), and applying 15 power-user workflows that go beyond standard conversations.
How this course works: each lesson explains the skill in plain language, shows a worked example, and ends with a student task you complete in Gemini and a short quiz. The final assessment checks that you can apply the skill, not just remember it, and your saved prompts and results become reviewable training evidence.
