Beta plan: 3 to 5 real users, a short task list ("place an order for Saturday"), and three questions: What was confusing? What did you expect to happen? What would make you use this again?
Watch someone use the app without helping. Their hesitation shows you where the design is unclear.
Prioritize: must-fix (blocks a task or risks data), should-fix (confusing), later (ideas).
