- Test permissions with two test accounts.
- Connect GitHub or export code.
Lesson Content
Lovable offers a built-in backend (Lovable Cloud) and has also supported connecting a Supabase project. Either way, your app gets a database, logins, and file storage.
Permission testing is essential. Create two test accounts (for example, a staff user and a customer user) and check what each can see. Ask the builder to explain the database access rules (often called row-level security) in plain words.
Ownership: connect GitHub so your code is copied to a repository you control.
