- Write a not-now list.
- Write a never list of things the app must not do.
Lesson Content
- Must-have: without it, version 1 is useless.
- Not-now: good ideas for later.
- Never: things the app must not do (store card numbers, show customers each other's data, send messages without approval).
The not-now list is the credit saver. Every feature you add early makes every later change more expensive and more fragile.
