Lesson Content

Screens list: one line per screen with what it shows. "Request form: name, address, service type, photos, submit." "Staff list: all requests, newest first, status filter."

User flows: the steps a person takes to finish a task.

  1. Homeowner opens the link.
  2. Fills in the request form and adds photos.
  3. Sees a confirmation with the expected reply time.
  4. Staff member sees the new request marked "new."

A quick paper sketch photographed and uploaded can help builders that accept images.
