Good AI summaries are structured. Instead of asking for "a summary," ask for decisions, open questions, next actions, or a comparison table. Structure makes the answer easier to check.

Professional Use Case: A student compares two study plans by time required, difficulty, cost, and next step.

Student task: Ask AI to compare two pretend learning plans in a table. Copy the first table into a text editor. Then ask for one row named "What I still need to verify." Student task help: Use pretend, public, or low-risk practice material. Copying the first AI answer into a text editor means pasting it into a plain text or document editor so you can compare it with your revised answer. A clarification prompt is a short follow-up that tells the AI what to fix, add, remove, or explain. Example clarification prompt: "Make this easier for a beginner, add one concrete example, and show the next three steps as a checklist."

Starter scenario: "Compare these two pretend study plans in a table: Plan A is 20 minutes every weekday. Plan B is 90 minutes on Saturday and Sunday. Compare time, difficulty, risk, and best fit."

Starter clarification prompt: "Add a final row called What I still need to verify, and do not invent facts that are not in the two plans."

Troubleshooting: If the answer picks a winner too quickly, ask it to show tradeoffs first. If the table includes fake numbers, ask it to replace unknown numbers with not provided.

Quality Rubric:

• The comparison uses clear criteria.
• Unknown information is marked as unknown.
• The student can explain which option fits the goal better.
