Private information should not be used in casual AI practice. Remove names, addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, health details, payment details, passwords, private messages, legal details, and business secrets unless the system and workflow are approved for that information.
Sample data lets you learn the skill without exposing anyone. It also helps you focus on the task instead of worrying about the real record.
