The safest way to start learning AI is to choose a task where a mistake will not hurt a person, expose private information, or create a real promise. Good practice tasks include rewriting a pretend email, organizing public notes, comparing simple study plans, or creating a checklist from information you already understand.
Avoid starting with tasks involving money decisions, medical advice, legal claims, discipline, hiring, private records, account access, or promises to customers. Those tasks need stronger rules and review.
