Lesson Content
Data is evidence about the world, not the whole world. It may reflect what was measured, who was included, who was left out, and what happened in the past. AI systems learn or retrieve from available information, so missing evidence matters.
A useful data question is not "Do we have data?" It is "Do we have the right evidence for this decision?"
