Lesson Content
AI affects people beyond the screen. It can change how work is assigned, how students are judged, how customers are treated, how workers are evaluated, and how decisions are explained. A responsible workflow gives people a way to understand, challenge, and correct important outcomes.
Accountability stays with people and organizations. If an AI-assisted message misleads a customer, "the AI wrote it" is not a professional excuse. The person or team using the output owns the review.
