Lesson Content
Scenario 1 (Word): "Summarize this proposal for a busy executive: purpose, cost, timeline, risks. One page." Scenario 2 (Excel): "Show the top five products by revenue this quarter and explain the formula." Scenario 3 (Teams or Outlook): "Recap this meeting or thread: decisions, owners, dates; NOT STATED for missing dates."
After each, name the biggest problem and improve the command.
