Before calling your kit finished, test it the way real business will:
- Tricky input test: an angry customer, a rush order, or an unusual request.
- Missing data test: run each workflow with one key input missing; it should mark UNKNOWN, not guess.
- Handoff test: have someone else run one workflow using only your SOP.
- Drift test: compare today's output with your saved good example.
Document each failure and fix. Evidence of failures you fixed is a strength, not a weakness.
