A workflow kit becomes valuable when it can survive review. Evaluate it against five criteria:
Outcome fit: Does it solve the chosen business problem?
Repeatability: Can it be run again with new inputs?
Reviewability: Can a human check the output efficiently?
Safety: Are sensitive data and high-stakes claims handled properly?
Improvement: Is there a version plan?
