Plain-language view: the first AI answer is like the first pancake. It shows you whether the setup is working, but it is rarely the one you serve to a customer. A business owner should expect to revise.
Use a three-pass loop:
First draft: Ask for the output using your prompt skeleton.
Review pass: Ask what is missing, risky, unclear, unsupported, too long, too vague, or off-brand.
Final draft: Ask for a revised version that fixes the review findings and keeps the required format.
Good follow-up prompts:
What assumptions did you make that I did not provide?
Which claims require proof before I publish this?
Rewrite this for a customer who is frustrated but reasonable.
Make this shorter without removing the required next step.
Turn this into a checklist my assistant can follow.
Compare ttheir draft against the goal and constraints. What does not match?
