OpenAI final evaluation – Verified Real-World Workflow
Lesson 3: Final Evaluation Submission, Rubric, and Practitioner Reflection
Lesson Objectives
By the end of this lesson, students should be able to:
- Package a final artifact and supporting evidence
- Score work against a transparent rubric
- Write a human-judgment and limitations reflection
- Prepare a portfolio-safe summary without exposing confidential material
Lesson Content
Submit: project charter, final artifact, evidence workbook, verification checklist, troubleshooting record, and reflection. Remove confidential or licensed material that you do not have permission to share.
100-point rubric: problem and scope 10; tool selection 10; workflow design 15; practical artifact 20; verification 15; troubleshooting 10; privacy and safety 10; clarity and reusability 5; human-judgment reflection 5. A suggested passing threshold is 80, but self-scoring is not instructor grading.
Reflection questions: What did the AI do well? What did it do poorly? What required human knowledge, values, authority, or relationship? What evidence changed your mind? What would you automate, and what would you keep manual? What maintenance will this workflow require as products change?
A portfolio summary should describe the problem, approach, controls, and measured result without disclosing private prompts, credentials, customer data, or proprietary source material.
