A professional delivery includes:
- QA checklist: artifacts (warping, flicker, extra limbs), brand accuracy, text accuracy, audio sync if any, format and resolution.
- Approval: client or manager sign-off with dated notes.
- Rights notes: source images owned or licensed, no real people without consent, plan terms allow commercial use (check Runway's current terms for your plan).
- Disclosure: follow platform rules on labeling AI-generated or altered content, plus any client requirements.
- Package: final files, prompts, model used, and a version log.
